Question for those selling season tickets

I have sold my season tickers for the last few years but this year I am seeing there is no PDF option. (Or maybe I’m reading this wrong) it looks like they will be sent to the ticket holders phone via app. Curious what the best options are for getting the tickets to the buyers. In the past, I have just uploaded and emailed the PDF tickets. TIA.

When you log in to your account there is an option to transfer tickets.
