Can printed tickets be transferred via app or online?

Have an older friend with printed tickets needing to get to someone a couple hours away? Can the barcode be scanned via LSU app and transferred? Thanks for the help.

I know you can log into your ticket account via lsusports.net and transfer to someone.
Hard tickets will be canceled and electronic ones issued.
