Zatarain's ads at MSU??

Did anyone else see the enormous Zatarain's ads at the Miss St game? They had a huge cartoon contest on their enormous video screen all sponsored by Zatarain's.
I don't think this LA-based company does anything even close to that level of sponsorship at LSU... And we just got our new video screen.
Anyone else find that kind of strange? Are the boondocks of Mississippi a real hotbed for buying Zatarain's? Apparently so.

Zatarain's is owned by McCormick. Not Louisiana-based anymore.
ETA: That's why they have products like jambalaya with cheese.

I enjoyed the video, it was very cute. However, I was surprised to see it at MSU.
