Actually, quite a number of posters on here have liked the 2nd down play call and recognized that Mett missed an open WR. If the pass would have been completed you would trying to slob on Miles' knob for such a creative call at a critical time. But since the pass didn't work you are complaining that it was stupid to throw there, just like I am sure you were complaining after the Bama game because we kept running at the end ofthe game when we needed a first. So basically just whining at every play that doesnt work like a little school girl. Very typical for this site.

Then stop making him try 7-step drop play-actions. He should've been in the shotgun getting the ball out quickly. When your o-line is getting handled you don't make your lead-footed QB a sitting duck.
Not to mention, Mett isn't the most versatile guy in the pocket.

I guess the South Carolina game doesn't count as a good game. We only put up 250 yards on the ground against them. I guess we should have had more.

We beat a very good team but I wouldn't call that a great offensive performance with the talent we had. One man had all those yards and his name is jeremy hill.

In SEC play we had 4 games with bad offense Florida, Auburn, A&M, Arkansas.
4 games where the offense performed well USC, Alabama, Ole Miss, MSU.
All those bad offensive games were on the road, which isn't shocking when talking about young and inconsistent line and QB play.

53 rushes for 258 yards against USCe. Almost 5 yards per carry. You're right. That sucked.

First the dude has accuracy problems no matter how you slice it. Second he is slow, slow delivwry, slow getting out the pocket. Some sacks were his fault, period end if story. Next his ball security could have cost us more games and hurt us against florida. The guy also seemed like a joker, he wasnt ready to lead. The starting job was his, why didnt he do this last season?
