wtf Is this trademark?

LSU has been referred to, in some form or fashion, as:

Bayou Bengals
Chinese Bandits (LSU defensive lineman specifically)

Bayou Bandits sounds like something a smaller state school in Louisiana would claim/trademark

They're going to have a hard time enforcing it since LSU's date of first use is earlier by a year. But good for them, I guess.
