No.

Everything has a life cycle. I wish Les Miles all success in Kansas though.

He ran a clean and successful program at LSU!

This has got to be a troll.

I don't see how anyone could think that the team isn't in good hands. LSU is trending up.

10 win season with mcneese gane cause you know Miles didnt lose ooc home game like the coach youre touting.

2016: 2-2 with losses to unranked Wisconsin and unranked Auburn.

So disingenuous.
Wisky finished top 10
Auburn top 25

O lost to a 14 point underdog AT HOME while missing tons of defensive starters and got zeroed by bama at home.

I bet you still claim miami as a top 10 win.

And again that literally the opposite of a downward trend. He won more games in 2015 than 2014

Pray tell what O's record was during his 1st full season? 4 losses? With a far easier schedule than 2015?

Thanks for admitting that 2015 post bama was vastly harder than anything O has faced.

Except we didnt finish 8-3.

And it was a better year than 2014. So not a downward trend.

And you had no idea we lost 4 games in 2017 for an entire thread.

Try to keep up.

, let's complete it:

2015: 8-3 with bowl win. Should have been a 10 win season, but we still had a collapse: lost to Bama, then got blasted at home by an unranked Arkansas, then got blasted by #22 Ole Miss.

2016: 2-2 with losses to unranked Wisconsin and unranked Auburn.

Completing his tenure at LSU honestly doesn't make it look any better if you're being honest with three of his last 4 losses coming to unranked opponents, and the 4th being completely non-competitive in

Sounds like you were trying not to pile on Miles so you were leaving the last season off for mercy reasons. Now that you've included 2015 and 2016 everyone can see that the wheels came off.

Except the 2015 season was better than 2014 and he lost to 2 teams that finished ranked in 2016.
If the wheel were coming off of 2015 what do you call 2016 for 0 and 2017?

If O loses against A&M are you saying the wheels are coming off?

The last season that proves we werent getting worse and worse and our offense was actually improving finishing 2nd and 3rd in the sec in offensive yards per game and offensive points per game.

Lets take a look at the sec o has faced...
Besides bama because faced great bama teams every year

Arkansas

2016: 7-6
2017: 4-8
2018: 2-8

Auburn

2016: 8-5
2017: 10-4
2018: 6-4

Ole Miss

2016: 5-7
2017: 6-6
2018: 5-5

Miss St

2016: 6-7
2017: 9-4
2018: 6-4

Texas A&M

2016:8-5
2017: 7-6
2018 6-4

Outside of bama in 3 years he has faced 1 team that finished with 10 wins

Miles last 3 full years 6 of the 7 west programs finished in the top 10 AT LEAST once and that 7th team finished 12th.

Its no question O has had the easier conf.

So my point stands .....

Thank god ole miss, arky, a&m and Auburn took a nose dive.

All things being equal and Les acknowledges that he needed to butt out of the offense, absolutely.

Personally, I would’ve preferred for Allevas dumb arse to have given Les an ultimatum about the anemic offense or be terminated. I like what Oeaux has done so far but we’LL never get to the promise land with him at the helm

I'm not touting one coach or another. I'm keeping the end of Les's tenure here at LSU in full focus since some want to gloss over the warts.

Sure, I think the numbers I provided show that 2015 was an improvement in the win column over 2014, and yet he still had that pesky late season collapse getting embarrassed by an unranked Arkansas at home, then at #22 Ole Miss. We were not even close to competitive in those games.

And no, you can't really deduce he was improving at the end of his tenure when he started 2016 2-2 specifically as a result of poor offense and terrible clock management.

You want to keep going? Eventually you'll get something right.

That's not how he laid out the years prior with just reg season totals. I did the same for consistency. We finished reg season at 8-3 plus a bowl win. 8 + 1 = 9. And I said in my post, it should have been a 10 win season. Are you Les's son or something?

And you cant deduce he wont. Whats fact is that his last season was a trend up.

At no point have you proven anything.

In 2015 Both ole miss and arky had an elite run defense.

I said O has been helped by Arky and Ole miss because they are garbage.

Miles didnt lose to teams that couldnt stop the run.

And lets not act like O hasn't been losing to inferior teams his entire time as lsu's head coach.

2016
Florida 14 point dog that was missing tons of defensive starters

2017
Troy
Miss st
Notre dame

2018
UF

OLE MISS DURING MILES' LAST 2 FULL SEASONS

2014-9 WINS
2015- 10 WINS

OLE MISS UNDER O
2016 5-7
2017 6-6
2018 5-5

2017 after bama O got to face a tenn that didnt win a single sec game

My statement still stands.
