I 2nd this!!
Could also design them and sell em at the tail gates. Hand them out, what ever but that will increase the noise. What's great about them is you can point and focus the noise in one direction. And we all know where that is. I'd even do it on their sidelines in between plays.

Started to wonder if megaphones are they allowed in SEC stadiums?
I guess we could call them hats?
