I think you hire Bellicheck as your defensive coordinator. My sources say he would come in an instant. Chip Kelly is the offensive coordinator. Miles as the head coach. Give Les three years and tell Bellicheck and Kelly, whoever has the better cumulative stats after three years can be the new head coach.
