Yeah, he should have sent a signal to every future coaching candidate that LSU does not reward coaches for winning championships. LSU will have all the top coaches begging for a minimum contract with no incentives.

Also, as I just said in a couple of other threads. Woodward gave O more money as it was a clause in his contract should he win a natty, to get average pay of the top 5 coaches (or something similar), which he won a natty, so he got more money... end of story!!!!
