I know I'm in the VAST minority on this one, but I don't judge Les Miles (or any college coach for that matter) based on their bowl game performances (other than the BCSNCG). For me, all bowl games other than the BSCNCG are essentially glorified exhibition games played at the end of the season. Win or lose the result is still the same, you're not the National Champion, nor or you any closer to being the National Champion for that season. It's not like Clemson advanced to any sort of "next round" by winning the Peach Bowl. Conversely, it's not like LSU lost out on any chance to advance to a next round by losing the game.

I judge Les on his solely on his regular season/SECCG and BCSNCG performances. While I always want to see LSU win any game, his record in non-BCSNCG's doesn't sway my opinion of him one way or the other.

terrible in losses to Penn ST, Bama, and Clemson.

We lost by one to a final top 10 11 win team, and by less than a TD to a 10 win PSU.

We were prepared and motivated for both games. We lost. It happens.

Even in the sham of a rematch, we were down by only 12 in the 4th quarter against THE GREATEST COACH EVARRR INVINCIBLE WITH 4WEEKS TO PREPARE blah blah blah

Miles is a GREAT bowl coach.

No worries whatsoever there.

Good bowl coach indeed.
Could be better, but it isn't worse.
Everyone needs to get over the LSU has the best talent and should win the title every year thing. It really makes the rest of us seem out of place.

You have to judge by what has he done lately, and obviously, there has been a lack of having the offence ready to play in the last two bowl games. Answer is no.

Possibly, but I am sure that part of the game plan required the O-Line to actually try to block.
