I mean F it. Embrace the villain role. And I think him and Lane will learn a lot from each other that will make each better coaches.
Essentially Blake is going to be in charge of the entire defensive side. The defensive head coach more than just a coordinator.
Turning down your alma mater really shows how much LSU wanted him and how much he wanted to be here.
I’m sure his family not having to move again this quick played a role in it.
Dude is still my favorite coach and American Hero!

I think Kiffin sold him on the idea of an Aranda like move rather than going the G5 route.
Next year there will be sec jobs available.
Miss state might be open, Ole Miss might be open, South Carolina might be open….
Then you’ll also have big 12, big 10, and ACC jobs open.
If baker shows he can sustain our defense, those teams will call.
