A re-evaluation of the personnel groupings needs to be looked at. I know that Grimes has been forced to rotate players in due to injury, etc.

I really hope that we can somehow get Pocic out at LT.

If Pocic ends up playing tackle not due to injuries, we'll know Miles was the reason he stayed at center.

Why the stupid questions that no one can answer?

No question asked is ever stupid. Your momma taught me that.

The line is the biggest weakness now that there was a change at QB and a change of the Head Coach and OC.

I'd like to see more Garrett Brumfield. He was one of the few bright spots Sat night

Boutte needs to sit and let Garrett Brumfield play guard and Tehumea play RT.

Did you watch what happened during the game when Pocic was at left tackle when Malone was out? That was ugly. Even Gary Danielson noted they were running right by a supposedly high draft choice OL.

We have the right player at left tackle - Malone has by far the best footwork on the team and is our only hope there.

I'm fairly certain that Miles has his hands all over the personnel groups.

Let's get crazy...

Pocic is a LT playing Center.
Brumfield at LG
Clapp at C
Weathersby at RG
Teuhuma at RT

Did you see 63 get whipped for the entire 4th quarter?

I think you put Clapp or Dodd at center. If Clapp at center bring in Brumfield at the other guard and Boutte at the other guard spot. Pocic at LT and Teuhema to RT. If Dodd goes to center, leave Clapp at guard and bring in brumfield at the other guard spot. Pocic at LT and Teuhema at RT.

Want to see Okeke but said he isn't ready. Weathersby needs to get back.

That's not good too hear.

I'm sure that it has a lot to do with the fact that Pocic is getting all the reps snapping the ball.

So do you think the 2nd, 3rd string or scout team could do better?
If there were better linemen they'd be starting. When the defense knows what's coming, leans that way, shoots the gaps in that direction, it's very difficult to make a good block. I'm hoping a more open offense will make the defenses more honest. Numerous SEC DCs have stated, anonymously, how easy it is to prepare for LSUs offense.

Pocic looked uncomfortable at LT in the few plays he played there. Moving from C to LT 5 games into your senior year is not a good idea for him or us in my opinion.
