I think LSU is in a tricky situation. Paying for a new revamped offense with new coaches and players is going to be very expensive. By the time you pay off old contracts and new ones, buy new players, you are looking at almost the same cost as cutting bait with Kelly this year. He will likely be fired in a year or 2 and those new contracts will have to be added to the total. There is no easy solution here.
