JJ has some very tough games ahead:

AUBURN
@ BAMA
@ Ole Miss
and LA Tech and Tulane in between. Let's face it people, LSU could lose those three games very easy with our crappy play at O line and QB. Does anyone think LEE will get the nod if we drop these three games by the same mistakes? Will people start to remove their lips from JJ's arse when they start seeing that he might be a part of the offenses inefficiencies?

No matter what happens, three things are bound to happen by the end of the year if we drop these games.

1. JJ will be replaced
2. Crowton will be replaced
3. From what I've read, Miles will officially be on the Hot Seat

I always want our kids to succeed, but you must look at the full body of work to determine where we are at as a team. Pulling LEE last year was the right move, just way to late in the season. Just b/c the young man got X'ED last season, does not make him bad this season. So if JJ struggles, put LEE in please...

You sir are a dumbass. Are you implying something here? I cheered for JJ last year coming in and replacing LEE, but you Sir must have on some very thick glasses and can't see his play this year. And no is the answer to the question you are thinking you idiot

Weren't you the guy defending Lee this Spring even after all the reports of him throwing multiple ints in the scrimmages?

Lee was not pulled. He was hurt in the Ol Miss game and Jefferson took over.

One can assume that there was a qb battle in spring ball and fall practice, and that Jefferson won the starting job.

Putting Lee in for a series or two in each half would be great. But just inserting him back into the starting qb spot could be dangerous.

No, but I can now. lets spell this out for all you dumbasses:

THIS IS A NEW SEASON, FRESH START FOR SOME. IT HAS BEEN A YEAR SINCE LEE MADE THE MISTAKES HE MADE.

I don't know about you, but kids grow in a years time, and they learn you arse holes. I would be willing to bet LEE is lights out if he plays again.

Nahhh, I'm pretty sure I remember you being one of those guys. Anyway, how do you know Lee would be lights out? Is it because of all the flashes he's shown this year or all the picks he threw in the Spring? Just curious...

I would be willing to bet Jefferson will be lights out once he gains experience.

He has a chip on his shoulder. I loved it when Lee came in and threw a TD pass a few games ago i think maybe against Vandy??? He pointed to the home crowd and student section with a smerk on his face like I'll show all you dumbasses. I love that attitude. He has something to prove. Let him play

I was and will always be. I may be stubborn, but Lee is the best quarterback on this roster. Even through all of the growing pains he exhibited last year, he showed a good vertical game, has a live arm and can make plays down the field.

Was he great last year? No. Did he move the ball? Yes. And he was only a redshirt freshman, so I believe (thought its not a given), that he will continue to improve.

This is just my two cents. I have watched a lot of football (and I know that doesn't qualify me to know what I'm talking about), but in my opinion Jarrett Lee is the best quarterback on LSU's roster.

We all hope you are right,
but frankly I am leaning more to you being totally
"out of it".

Well, he has a 100% completion percentage, his TD/interception ratio approaches infinity, and his efficiency rating is above 311. Show me another qb in the nation with those stats.

Just sayin'.

That you Al Davis??

Am I to assume that you guys assume that the QB battle wasn't a fair competition?? WHY would the coaches play JJ IF he didn't win the battle?? Just curious?
