Suite tickets? You are no longer a "true" fan.

My fandom is highly affected by what I can get for free... Hence my willingness to subject myself to all of the abuse at the mere possibility of free tickets!

he is probably donating a bunch, but north endzone donations are not much, a little over 200. East upper is not much, some none, some if in tiger terrace are a bunch -- 900-950 plus cost of season ticket. stadium club most expensive are about 2800 plus cost of ticket. he does not have to give up anything to get south endzone suite, only have philanthropic points good enough to get. suite will cost 69,000 plus cost of ticket and hold 23 people. Most expensive seat in the stadium except stadium club are 950 tradition plus season ticket (410). that's all a long way from 300,000
I was just talking to the lady at work that handles the tickets and we have 38 in the NEZ, 15 of which go into the $900 tradition fund seats, and 6 in the gold chair backs in the EU. The owner is ranked in the TAF Platinum category which means he also gives at least $25K philanthropically. He also owns a purple jacket which I think is for $100K+ in total donations. He's probably closer to $200K than $300K.
As for the SEZ suites, the up front cost of the suites is nothing for the people likely putting in for them. It's the amount of donations you probably have to have to even be considered. It's $78K just in suite costs and tickets. Lord knows what kind of ranking you have to have to get one.

No one is getting one of the existing suites, those have been sold out since the beginning. This will be for the new SEZ ones. Which I'm sure will be REALLY nice too.

it is amazing some of the stuff that goes on down there. lsu was telling people that had no tradition history when the new expansion was announced the it would take 250k to play. Ended up being not near that amount, but plenty of big boys lined up for them. also, learn something everyday, didn't realize some endzone seats had the big tradition fund. there are some people in this state that still have some big time money!

My understanding is $200,000 gets you on the list and doesn't guarantee a suite. So a specific location is impossible to determine.

I think the $900 seats are actually on the sideline. The group of seats just start in the corner of the NEZ and go into the chairbacks.

Since they were first sold only 2 suites have changed hands. One was taken originally for one year. The second was taken by several Schools at LSU (Business, Engineering, etc.). That got stopped.
The suites that your wifes company are buying would be in the South End Zone expansion. They ahd to get on the Priority Points list by last night to be eligible. The 200K probably was what it took to get on the list at a level to guarantee a suite.
That does not include the cost of the suite and the tickets. Enjoy.
