I doubt it and it is not a slam against Zach. Even if LSU had a heisman quality QB I don't think we would fully use him to his potential and open it up to the point he would stand as a finalist. Les likes to win games close, sometimes it "feels" like he enjoys winning the close game even against lesser opponents more than blowing out a team. In other words the offense will always be just good enough.

As far as being a preseason favorite I'm not sure it's a good thing. I think the worst thing that could happen to A&M is having Johnny Football win the Heisman as a freshman and having the pressure of the next 3 years trying to get it again or a 3rd time etc...Seems like a lot of pressure that may or may not impact the winning of games.
