Why isn’t there a morality clause in these ridiculous contracts?

Why are they so one sided? This guaranteed money contact is so stupid. There simply has to be clauses that allow employer to null n void the contract.
When an employee behaves in a way that reflects badly on the employer, they can be fired with cause.
It’s time to resurrect the Kelly-Breaux/ Fourrier extramarital affair and settle the buyout for a whole lot less than the full buyout.
