Guessing we will find out after April 22

Nothing will happen until the trial

If he isn’t asked to take the stand as a witness then he should be able to meet with NCAA, they will probably open an investigation

If they find something Alleva will be a hero (in his own mind) for suspending Wade

If not then it is up to Wade to decide if he wants to work for a university that doesn’t have his back

You’re absolutely correct about all of this.

I’m not an “insider” by any means but I actually have “sauces” regarding this mess.

Wade will not be put on the stand. He will not have to testify 100%. There’s a decent chance this case doesn’t even make it to trial.

Unfortunately the administration panicked and absolutely shite the bed. Joe is not going to budge. He absolutely wants there to be dirt found on Wade. It’s the only way he saves face. It really is going to be one or the other. Someone has to go. Hopefully it Alleva. He is without a doubt one of the worst ADs out there.

All we can hope for is major change among the administration.

I posted recently that there are still scandals that don’t even involve sports that will likely be leaked between now and June. There are BORs and a couple BOSs who are intentionally leaking things things that have been covered up in hopes of removing FKA.

I truly believe Wade is great enough that you stick by him unless they find or can prove that he did something that is just unforgivable. 0% chance LSU gets any kind of discipline from the NCAA. All Alleva had to do was be cool for 1-2 days.

Wade had every intention of meeting with Alleva but was shocked to find out the NCAA would be present. Don’t fall for Alleva’s bullshite remarks that “Wade won’t talk to him.” Wade isn’t going to talk to him with the NCAA present.

Either way, there’s no scenario where LSU’s administration doesn’t come out of this with egg on their faces.

None of which explains what the option of suspension accomplishes.

There's a theory that a suspension will result in leniency if the NCAA hands down sanctions.

Don't know what that's based on but yeah.

I am 99% sure this is 100% true. This is exactly the same thing I am hearing. Take it for what you will though.
