If Lee went in and screwed it up, then they would want Shep playing QB. This from the same guys who say Shep sucks at QB, can't throw the ball, and will be a full time WR at LSU. They just keep throwing stuff at the wall, hoping that something will stick and they can claim to be right.

Now, do you see your lack of logic there. Your saying one ridley is better than the Scott but the Scott should still start

Because of intangibles that Chuck poseses. Steven hitting holes against a worn out toolame defense in the 4th quarter doesn't warrant him to start over a proven back in charles scott. Charles has the experience in big games against big time opponents that ridley doesn't have. I just wasn't going to go into all of this in a quarterback thread. Thanks for going off topic with me.

yes, they do. Overwhelminly...if JJ has a bad game against Bama it will be worse than after Fl..

Still goes back to "what have you done for me lately.." Scott against "Toolame" doesnt count either.. He may be proven but he hasnt proven anything recently...When that happens in the NFL they draft a RB in the 1st rd.

Scott doesn't fumble the ball often. That is proven. He can run through people and get first downs when we need them. That is proven. Steven is great, but is not yet proven to go against Bama yet. I say give him some touches certainly. But to take the opening handoff? What do you think? RS is a great athlete who was unproven and he fumbled in his first 3 carries and had a ball bounce off his chest that should have been snagged for a first down. We can't afford to test a young player in a big game like this in the first quarter.

whatever, he is the worst short yardage back in the history of LSU

False,He fumbled once, then when given the opp, he shut up every dumbass who believed he wasnt ready.

How does anyone prove anything without the opportunity.
at some point your gonna run out of "proven" players unless you throw'em out there and see if they sink or swim...quit babying them, there not kids..

I would say start Keiland, have Shep and Ridley ready to go. A big back that isnt shifty isnt doing anything on Bama

No, they don't. A vocal and uneducated minority does not make a consensus.

And if JL or RS had a bad game against Bama the noise level would be exponentially worse (x 10) than what you hear now about JJ (which isn't much since Fla week).

It worked for Obama and the Democrats...

I'm trying to find the poll results for "who wants JL to play, it was like 98% our of 345,000 votes...

They're not a minority, they're a majority in both houses of Congress and the nation. Also, a majority voted for him, that's WHY he's in the Whitehouse. Are you seriously this stupid. This is like arguing with a 14 year old.

That was Rantards, anyone hiding behind a computer is going to make wild threats, doesn't mean it's credible.

I'm watching him set records at LSU for rushing yardage, last year over 1,000 yards on a sucky team with a sucky QB, and records for TD's scored in a season and a career. I'm also watching him make short yardage 1st downs in major game situations and in big games time and time again. Has he failed a few times, of course he has, but no player is perfect.

Are you from Mars? All of your arguments are non credible and historically not factual. You must listen to a lot of daytime retard radio on AM stations like WWL.

In my opinion he has played well in the last two games, he has not thrown more than one interception in a game... ever,

The last two games have been against cupcake teams. Jefferson can't perform under pressure and can't throw beyond the sticks in tight coverage. Also, when the pressure is on him in big games, I notice how he automatically avoids looking down field and starts lowering his head far too early. The kid is a nightmare at QB and is the prime reason we are not undefeated right now and couldn't score a TD against Florida.
