That's a valid point- if you change now, then you admit to failure. The classy thing to do is to wait & evaluate after the season. Look at Auburn- firing the OC in nid-season basically threw away the season and does not give a good impression to recruits.

Becasue you clearly do NOT understand that their is a proper protocal in running an organziation and managing coaches / personal. There is plently time to get a great DC and staff.
