Mainly because LSU fans are mostly football fans first, shite most of us know conference play is what matters most.

fundamentals are not being practiced. These guys have played baseball all their life. Having trouble catching and throwing is a practice or focus issue. They weren't all DH's growing up. When pitching is thin, errors give you no chance especially against decent pitching.

The mountain of errors is pretty unacceptable though.

Sure, but would you rather they happen early when they can be corrected with less consequences, or at the end of the season?

Would rather neither, but I will say that I consider year 1 of a coach as a year I am prose to be a little more relaxed about how I react.

We lost two of three, which is slightly less than equivelent to a football loss, but at the same time, we are breaking in a new coaching staff who obviously does things quite differently, and this was the first major test of the season. I'm not melting. Let's see how the season plays out.

That's Baseball.

Rant fans aren't happy unless there is something to complain about. There is no grey area just extreme highs and lows. It's the nature of the immediate over-reaction population now

When you can score lots of runs the errors don’t glare but they will drive coaches/teams insane in close games.
