The reality is LSU should have lost the Auburn and Ole Miss games but those teams beat themselves at the end, and Arkansas almost beat you. Your best wins were a 2 point win at home against SC and a 5 point win against the Aggies. In my view your team is pretty lucky to only have two losts because your qb isn't that good. It seems like you should be pretty happy to be 10-2 in a down year and heading to play Clemson in a bowl matchup that has been ranked a top 4 bowl matchup this year.
Tell me where I am wrong.
Damn Dr. you all up in here new just letting your Nuts hang I see

Clemson gave up 420 yards and 31 points to a 2 win BC team. Nuff said

i think college football was down across the country this year. i don't think alabama and nd make the title game in an average year. georgia didn't look like a top 3 team to me. florida looked weak on offense, really should have lost to that to lower tier school but a blocked punt saved the day for them. u guys brag a lot about sec but lot of teams in sec sucked, auburn, ark, tenn, kentucky, ole miss, miss st are not awesome football programs.
the funny thing about college football is the coaches are always men that you can't see holding down a regular job. who would hire dabo or les miles or spurrier, i can't see guys working a regular job. lol

Les Miles = the college coach with the most wins since 2005 with the most players in the pros. LOOK IT UP!

Boston college has a real good qb, a lot better than the "qb" at lsu. he would have had 800 yards if his receivers didn't drop a lot of catchable balls. lol

BC QB is that like the good defense you faced when you played Maryland, LOL!

You're not very bright are you? What does that have to do with anything, they have the jobs they have because they're good at coaching kids and it pays millions $$$
You're dumb please leave.

imagine how many wins lsu would have had if their coach wasn't retarded? lsu recruits good players on it's own due to its location in the south, and you could find a coach who manages the clock better at the end of games, which is one of the most important jobs of the head coach i would think. see mark richt's decision not to spike the ball at the end of the alabama game, they are paying that guy a lot of money with the assumption he won't be a dumbass at the end of games.

lol, considering teams averaged 70 points on west virginia this year they can hardly talk smack about clemson's defense, and we are playing mighty lsu and they are either not in a bowl or playing idaho in some obscure bowl game. :)

How many of these BIG games is CLEMSON even a part of???

the truth is, you wouldn't know what a top 3 team looks like.....unless you are watching the SEC!

The doc is trolling his arse off in this thread. The duke synopsis was epic
. To answer your question though, we would rather play OU in the cotton because, frankly, no one gives a shite about Clemson.

The opponent is not the issue for most. It's the bowl game that most are pissed about. Based upon your theory Alabama and Note Dame shouldn't be playing in the championship game. See how that works?

if we were playing Clemson in the Cotton or Outback, there would be excitement....
a good portion of the fanbase (like me) still has a grudge aganist the Capital One since the 2010 game and the condition of the field....

When you've won 2 BCS National Championships and in a league that always wins it all... where you just won the Conference championship last year, you get used to playing in big games. Anything other than going to the Natl' Champ. seems a little low. In a bowl you would like to match up with a big national name..Clemson isn't one.

the reality is if les miles wans't your coach you'd be making fun of him too. he is the most ridicules coach.
i don't pretend dabo is some wizard of smart just b/c he is the clemson coach. don't embarrass yourself by pretending les miles is some great football mind. u guys win b/c you get solid players (outside of qb and skilled positions) :)

You don't win for 8 straight years like Miles has done off just players or luck. He may not the be the greatest on the field in game coach, but he's been doing something right.
