Mullen beats lsu once and you try to act like it is standard.

It was in reply to a comment made that Mullen can't beat LSU with his best player in school history, Which they did last year...
So, we should fire our coach because he lost to the best Miss. State team in years?

So you are indeed happy with going 5-3 and losing to a 7-5 Arkansas team by 21 in supposedly the toughest place to play in America?
Same arkansas team that lost to fricking toledo and probably should have 3 wins.
5-3 and 4-4 are equally as bad. Both have you playing in the Taxwhogivesafrick bowl
Happy with 5-3? No, but 5 does not equal 4 and neither does 3. We have a very talented team that played very well most of the season, but injuries to key blockers, giving up big plays on defense (poor angles and missed assignments), inaccurate passing, and immaturity cost us. I'd be willing to bet we go 6-2 or better next year. There is no decline. We have gotten better and will continue to get better.

Thats fine baw. I hate people that are content with settling for second place. I like to win
You don't win shite. No one is content with second place but a top 15 finish is a good season. I love how fans like you talk about what kind of season you'll accept and demanding excellence when you do nothing to make the lsu football program better.

The current trend is on a downward spiral. See SEC record
4-4
5-3 I'm pretty sure 5-3 conf received this year isn't a downward spiral from 4-4-4 last year.

Les is becoming Mack Brown and Bobby Bowden. He's overstayed his time here.
Except we've had good seasons since 2011. We had top 15 finishes in 2012 and 2013 and I bet the lsu players that sacrificed for those top 16 finishes would appreciate if you stopped shitting on those seasons.

Best coach of all time, great guy how could he possibly make poor decision
No one said he was the best coach of all time just the best at lsu. No one said he is infallible.

Are you mentally handicapped?
It was a correction in the simple fact he did beat us....

At this point, I dont give a shite what he's done in the past. Time to go...no more "next year" BS.

No one said they were happy with losing to arky. We're just pointing out that we aren't in a downward spiral because we have a better conf record than last year which is the exact opposite of a downward spiral.

The same arky that led bama for 3.5 quarters. That arky

I don't think the word equally means what you think it does.
4-4 is the exact opposite of equally bad as 5-3

The truth is I dont want somebody Les's equal....I want somebody better.
And that was Jimbo? Please. These so called better coaches are just beating down LSUs door.
It's the same thing in recruiting. People believe all the best players just line up outside of the ops building begging to sign with LSU.
Delusion.

Saban and Meyer are better.
Mark Richt almost on par (couldn't get to national championship)
jimbo likely better but not for sure.
Harbaugh is a pretty good shot at better but not yet sure.
Dabo will be on par, though he's trending now.

I am all aboard the Les Miles bandwagon, but let's at least be honest with the facts.
Bama is 47-6 in that same time frame.
Ohio State is 49-4 in that same time frame.
Michigan State is 42-10 in that same time frame.
Hell, even Georgia is 39-13 over the past 4 years, and they just canned their guy.
Be prepared for rickdaddy to refute this and marginalize it.

Dan Mullen is 1-6 against LSU. But that one victory should matter, right?
Also, lsu's 2014 win loss record would be the 2 best win loss record Mullen has had at Miss st. Our worst year under Miles would be Mullens 2nd best season at Miss st.

You need to seriously consider changing your name to Broken Record.....I mean seriously give it some thought.

I posted this a few days ago, but thought it was appropriate here:
The SEC 2011-2015:
- Only three teams -- LSU, Alabama, and Georgia -- have played .500 or better football in the SEC in all 5 of those seasons. Every other SEC school has had at least 1 season with a losing record in the SEC in those 5 seasons. Additionally, Texas A&M is the only SEC school without multiple losing records in the SEC in that time frame. In other words, in the past 5 years, TEN SEC schools have had losing SEC records more than once. Let that sink in.
TEN OUT OF FOURTEEN SEC PROGRAMS HAVE HAD 2+ SEASONS WITH LOSING CONFERENCE RECORDS IN THE PAST 5 YEARS.
That means that 70% of the schools have had losing records at least 40% of the time.
THREE OUT OF FOURTEEN SEC PROGRAMS HAVE HAD 0 SEASONS WITH LOSING CONFERENCE RECORDS IN THE PAST 5 YEARS.
LSU is one of them. But we are "mired in mediocrity" and "in decline".
- And before you accuse me of including the 2011 season to bolster the stats, those same three schools are also the only schools with .500 or better records across the past 4 years. And the past 3 years. Finally, when you only look at the past 2 years, will you get a few more schools with .500 or better each year -- Ole Miss, Miss State, and Florida join the party. In other words, only 6 of 14 SEC teams have even had .500 or better for TWO years in a row.
Let that sink in as well.

bullshite. Richt hasn't won the sec in over a decade has never been to a title game, and since 2009 Uga has 3 unranked finishes and a losing season.
Miles won a sec title in 2011n has been to 2 titles games, and since 2009 has 1 unranked finish and nothing close to a losing season. In fact we've finished top 15 every year, since 2009, except 2014.

Comparing us to MSU now.
Let it go dude
Miles fricking sucks and needs to go. People are tired of watching the same crappy offenses he sends out each year.
