To be fair, I feel like the strike zone this year amonst all umps is the size of a 6” plate. Hardly anything on the corners and has to be exactly at the knees

I believe our pitchers are asked to hit spots even when a pitch isn’t working. Just my humble opinion. It’ll work out fine as we move through the season. A few of the pitchers will step forward and execute.
