Much prefer a game against Tulane than a Troy like team.

All home games sold out in a day, except for Oregon and ASU. They had less than 1,000 tickets left and they sold out the next day.
I got back to you. So now what?

I would love for OhiO St to get a home and home with LSU. I have always wanted to go to a game at TS!

ok. all i remember is before the 05 BCS Championship game against texas the announcers were saying that usc is in store for something they have not seen in years.
a sold out home game.
i know it was a few years ago but still that is sad.
and everytime i watch usc on tv the stadium is never full.
i know, i know. its because there is soooooo much to do in la.

USC home games have been sold out for the last six seasons. Attendance is over 92,000 a game, and before that was over 89,000 a game, even during the "Dark Ages".
The area you are talking about being "open" is closed for ticket sales because you can't even see the field from there. The Coliseum used to have a track around it-- you know it hosted the 1932 and 1984 Olympics. It was not built solely for football and is an Historical Landmark.
There are plans to enclose that end zone and do the whole suite deal-- there are no suites at the Coliseum--but so far the Coliseum Commission has blocked it for the landmark issue. USC does not own the Coliseum.
And even without one whole end of the stadium to trap noise, the Coliseum is considered one of the one of the loudest and toughest places to play (#11).
I think that is impressive when you consider how expansive that area where no one is sitting is!

USC will get highly ranked in all of these media type, unable-to-be-proven polls, just because the media loves them for being in LA. You dont see coaches and players going around claiming how scary it is to play there.

You have some evidence? I have a really great video with coaches and players claiming Death Valleys intimidation, scariness, advantage...

You made the statement. You back it up rookie.
I know TS is the toughest place to play.
What facts do you have to prove USC isn't one of the top?
