TH, and Harvin isn't the fastest gator. Harvin is definitely more fragile than the 5'5" 160 pound Holliday.
Bragging about speed, and proving on a college track are 2 different things. TH has proven his speed in big time track meets with reliable timing.

TH is definitely faster and PH is definitely better, both should be obvious.

Harvin, IMO is one of the most dynamic players in college ball.
