not so much, haha. i know the stats and have seen the clips, heard the stories. know plenty about herschel and hearst and watched plenty of musa.

Tell him bye. Your boy is ready for the hummer with the 48" rims. Tebow won a Heisman early he is sticking around for an NC. If he wins this year he is gone as well. Moreno is ready to carry a wad of c-notes and should be because he earned it the hard way. He came out and seized an opportunity.

Indeed. It was evident that Hampton as a frosh was better. Corso even said it during the telecast of the '87 game.
If UGA would have had Worley in '87 and someone at qb besides James Jackson, maybe the Dawgs win the SEC and play for a NC. As I recall, UGA was only roughed up by Auburn and played a great Clemson team to a point and us to a FG. Of course, Dooley would never chunk the rock and your defense had some holes, esp at the safety spots...good team nonetheless. I was always a fan of John Brantley.

knowshon is tied for second with hearst in my book. musa and tate were just ok. edwards was special but was hurt a lot. davis showed potential at uga but played behind hearst, was misused by an inept coach and really blossomed at denver. hampton is up there, but he wasn't 'hold your breath when he gets the ball good' like hearst, faulk, or knowshon.

family says no, however. the consensus so far is that he stays

True. Goff was the Mike Archer of Georgia. And then some.

I disagree. Hampton was so damn quick and fast, I thought, and had some pop. I'll put him behind those three you listed, but would easily compare him with a Rondell Mealey.

I hope he stays. I like college kids to play out their career and get a degree. I would much rather watch them shine on Saturday than see them sit the bench for two to three years on Sunday. I hope he stays for you and I hope he leaves for our sake.

that '87 uga-lsu game in sanford was the loudest id ever heard it up to that point. hodson drove lsu the length of the field in the closing minutes for the win. speaking of lost potential, how bout '87 lsu? a tie to tOSU and loss to ole miss or miami, oh i forget which. that team was awesome.

You know I enjoyed all the Georgia fans I met last Saturday. There was one prick that sat a row below me that I still wish I could have a shot at knocking his fricking teeth out. I am convinced that each SEC team has it's bad apples along with every other aspect of society. Good luck to you guys because I know Florida is going to be a real bitch. Oh by the way tell your Chancellor I said to frick Off. Still have a hemorrhoid from that crybaby session he put on last year.

My favorite LSU team to go back and study. Tied Ohio State due to some poor throws by Hodson at the end. Would have beaten Bama, but for injuries and then would have KILLED Syracuse in the Sugar. Oh...to dream.
Solid O-Line, great and fearless yong QB, best possession WR in CFB, deep and above average running attack that could get you with speed in Martin, power in Fuller, and both in Williams.
Defense was well coached and cat quick on the outside with Hill and Sancho. The ILB's were okay. The secondary was outstanding. Archer ran the '50' defense. Even with the losses of Henry Thomas, Roland Barbay, Karl Wilson, Michael Brooks, and Toby Caston, the '87 D was very good. Yes, that game in Athens was a great one.

that would be our President, Adams. a man who is HATED by uga alum. i saw him leaning out of his box in jville a few years ago and gave him the finger. he smiled and waved.

if '87 lsu lost to bama i must be thinking about '86 lsu that lost to miami, oh and ole miss, both shocking upsets in what should have been an undefeated season.

When you say faster, I remember a down lineman or lineback chasing him down the field and staying with him. Who was that and how did he stay with him that long on the TD run????

yeah '86 lost to Miami (OH) and Ole Miss...should have been playing for a NC, yes. That team was a little more talented than '87, but '87 ended up ranked higher in the end.

yeah linebacker, 48 or 58 damn near caught him. i don't think moreno has blazing speed. maybe 4.5, 4.4 at the most.

I am beginning to like you for some reason. I just thought it was highly unprofessional pulling that shite as we were going into the NC. I can understand hard feelings, but that was straight up chickenshit. By the way before I bet the game Saturday I would love to hear an unbiased prediction against Florida.

that '87 lsu-oh st game was something, too. i remember oh st coach refusing to let team come on the field until lsu came on. silly stand off. then they traded 50 yard fgs with just seconds left, both missed resulting in the pre-OT tie. '88 lsu was much weaker but was killing osu up in columbus but ended up losing. both those games made me sick.

Earl Bruce. What a dick. A Woody wannabe.
It's funny though...now on CBS, the visting team comes out last every time it seems.
'88 Columbus....3 words...
I HATE CARLOS SNOW

Michael Adams ran Coach Dooley off. you can imagine how that went over here. you should have heard the boos when he was announced to present homecoming court after that. since then he's made a point of not letting them say his name over the p.a. just a disgrace of a human being.
