The difference between this play and the play with Chaz and Dorsey is that Helms (50 yard line) was 3 yards in front of the the guy he was cutting (47 yard line). Chaz (50 yard line)came from the side and intended to injure Dorsey(50 yard line).

I often said the same thing. An effective chop block like they did to Dorsey requires two parties...the second being Ziemba who can't stop getting in fights at practice these days...he actually sent another Auburn player to the hospital this spring...and got in a few scirmishes during Fall Camp....he was the one that actually bent Dorsey backwards...I think both are equally liable....not to mention it definitly looked liked a technique that was taught and practiced.
