Just so you know, the most vocal "Miles Haters" are on your team right now as Orgeron haters.
Absolute horseshite.
The O lackeys are the ones just happy Miles is gone because they spent years calling him an idiot that was holding us back and winning on talent alone.
They flipped the script in September of 2017, though, once they realized going 44-1 OOC isn’t actually as easy as it appeared so they started the rebuild narrative.

LSU got inside the 10 yard line with a first down at :59
They then inexplicably didn't run a play until :37.
In 1:16, LSU picked up a whopping 12 yards
we had plenty of time to run 4 plays...did we have TO's?
You want to see horrible clock management go to Les's last game vs Auburn and look at our last drive

, it was horrendously bad to slow down and limit themselves in that situation,
I'm assuming you're talking about the FL loss. Why is it bad to bleed the clock in that situation? Keep the ball out of Fl's hands and leave as little time as possible.

Not really. He was almost fired year two.
It was his first time a as head coach. 0 already had a stint that some of yall try to pretend never happened.
It's great that it happened to work out for Swinney, but he is the exception, not the rule

Dabo wasn’t going anywhere. The fan base didn’t initially like the hire bc they wanted a big name. They for some reason that year thought they were getting Mike Leach or pretty boy Lane. They wanted Napier gone bc he was awful & a child the year they went 6-7 & Dabo brought in Chad Morris & they started killing it. They called for his head & Steele’s more after giving up 77 in the bowl game than year two. But people loved Dabo after the interim & first year.
Funny the slight connects to LSU. Steele, Napier to ULL & now Morris at Arkansas.

Nah. That's pure delusion

For an offense as bad as LSU's was, it was horrendously bad to slow down and limit themselves in that situation, as recognized by the announcers. It was terrible coaching.
Stick to soccer

He wanted to run a hurry up and give UF over a minute of clock bc we had a stout defense
If so, he better never bitch about the end of the A&M game last year. A game in which we already had the lead.

Then why do the vast majority of threads that are the slightest bit critical of O end up being Miles bashing sessions by those that are defending O?
Hell, just look at the title of this shite stain of a thread

What had better odds:
UF's backup QB Austin Appleby, who had completed 7 passes all game, putting together a game-winning drive on the road against LSU's defense
or
LSU's offense, that hadn't scored a TD since the first quarter, would magically turn it on in the final two minutes so much so that they could take away potential plays for the best player on the field, Guice, in the red zone.
Definitely the second option IMO, especially since LSU ended up winning the game with that offense turning it around.

Lets see. Almost everyone in this thread has been complimentary of Miles, particularly early in his career
Just because someones not praising everything about it doesn't mean they don't appreciate what he did.

Or it's straight up fact

Half of our fanbase was happy we got rid of Miles
Would you like to guess who made that post?

The classic "but but but Les did it too!". Les was fired, why compare O to someone he was supposed to improve upon?

you really think diehard fans were glad we lost a coach...given the disruption and uncertainty a coaching change causes.
I would have rather had Miles quit being a stubborn arse and change his philosophy and stay than lose him and start over with someone new.
Its amazing that he was too stupid for his own good and couldnt realize that making a few credible changes would have saved his job.
No fan base wants to kick a NC winning coach to the curb if they dont have to.

Cognitive dissonance.

It was well executed. We were in position to win the game with no time left.
Then if it was such a good decision and so well-executed, I assume they won the game?

Plenty here wanted him gone prior to the stubbornness (i.e. less than a year after the offense we put up in 2013)

The game O could have sealed in the 4th OT, but got scared and kicked a FG?
