JJ getting play time will result in 3 and outs 3 and outs 3 and outs. I hate to be so down on the guy but Lee has proven that he CAN throw the ball, have good decision making, leads the team, and DEPENDS on his O Line and Running backs to run the ball.

Why do we need another running back that can pass the ball. To be frank, JJ offense doesn't sound good to me. I see a stale mate too regarding JJ getting under center and it confuses an offense. I say the team should move on and put JJ on the pine for now.

Not one word about rushing:

Jefferson's Rushing Stats in the Cotton Bowl
12 carries for 67 yards (5.6 ypc) and 1 TD

Lee has -22 yards rushing this year.

Oh, and the only game where Lee got a higher rating was when LSU played a JV team.

wow

not one word about the fact that JJ got sacked like 15 times a game and got into 3 and longs that he couldn't convert ever

If JJ evens gets a whole quarter, I think the dialogue between him and CLS would be something like this- LINK

Ok, the whole problem that our offense has had the past couple of seasons is finding an identity. We've tried to mix the option, and pistol, and screens and what not. It doesn't work. With Lee we get that power run game and play action. We get a rhythm. Classic SEC football that wins championships! We don't need to try what Crowton tried. What we're doing now is working and we don't need to fix what isn't broken.
