Since 2000, they've won 4 games in Death Valley. Over that same period, LSU has split the difference with bama at home, but we've also won 5 of the 7 at Tuscaloosa.

The additions eventually revert to LSU once the debt on them have been fully services. Using TAF as the fund raising arm for projects allows for being able to get around some laws regulating construction of public facilities that are cumbersome enough to drive the price up as well as slow down completion time on projects - by virtue of not using public funds for construction.
