Jamarcus. If you're talking pure talent, he was born to throw a football.

Chad Jones

He was a great two sport athlete. Chad made lots of big hits, but he isn't the greatest safety to ever play for LSU. Eric Reid and Laron Landry, two guys from the same era, were much better

Think you forgot to put Jerry Stovall in your post...2nd in Heisman voting his senior year...very outstanding 2 way player in the early 60's...he is the reason I became an LSU fan as an 8 year old...
Not saying he was the best, but he should be in the conversation with all of the others mentioned...

You need to expand your horizons

True greatest of all time.... probably Dr.Cannon or Dr. Casanova, it really is a tossup

But in terms of pure talent, Mike Miley has to be in e conversation

Others

Kevin Faulk - saved LSU from a disaster single handedly
Bert Jones - Could have been the QB standard at LSU if McClendon would have just played him and not platooned

AJ Duhe - to be feared

Eric Hill - 4 year starter, punishing tackler, 1st round draft pick and 13 year starer in NFL

Wild Bill Elko - just a personal favorite
