Russell Shepard or Ryan Perilloux? I know Shepard has not fully developed, but will he ever have the arm Perilloux has? I'm sure he is already as gifted as a runner, but does he have the big time arm?

Good question. But one that could only be answered by someone who saw them both play in high school. I'm not sure how many of those people there are.

depends on what you want to give more credit too: arm strength or speed/quickness
RP easily has the better arm
RS easily is faster/quicker with better running

perrilloux
i dont think the difference in running ability is as big a gap as the difference in passing ability

That is why he will be moved to a slot back position or WR.

RP is a Beast if he had not character issues....just saying
and i know thats a BIG if
But IMO I'm gonna say RS just cause he is going to be a Tiger

Perriloux has good throwing mechanics and a rocket arm, if developed right(that's asumming he stays out of trouble) will be drafted in pros.

I would go with Shep based on the entire package. RP was a better passer. Shep is better on the run. But the intangibles are what what make Shep better.
I don't know if you want to lump intangibles in with talent. Probably not. But I'm going with Russell.
