The coaches were speaking very highly of him as one of the top freshmen along with Mills during summer workouts and fall camp prior to his injury. He probably would have gotten some PT last season.

Instead of re creating the wheel CC will make the most of match ups with respect to receivers on LBs and make better use of play action. With LSUs run game play action should be very effective and tweeks in formations will be the subtle changes that a NFL OC makes that a college position coach could not.

Landry does have the best hands, but it's not by much.....Boone is an excellent receiver with great hands, so the fact that he is not given more credit here on the rant is rather strange.

I don't think any of the newcomers will surpass OBJ, Landry, or Boone.
