They are a private university and can hand out scholarships like candy to whoever they please, for whatever they please.

Love it when I get downvotes for saying vandy has more talent but if our pitching was healthy it would be closer.
Let me rephrase by grading it out of 10
Vandy offensive talent when healthy : 9
LSU offensive talent when healthy : 7
Vandy pitching talent when healthy: 8
LSU pitching talent when healthy : 8
But if you grade the talent currently, the offensive gradings are still the same but I would go
Vandy : 8
Lsu: 7

Oh what could have been. We could have been sending out 3 freshman to shut teams down right now. If Hill didn't get injured, and continued to look good. If Marceaux didn't have a set back and would have progressed by SEC play into what he has been the past few weeks. And Henry being the true ace. Then you have Hilliard and Walker in long relief. Closing games with Hess, Fontenot and Peterson. It hurts my feelings to think about what could have been this season.

Me too bro. And until two weeks ago I thought we might get Hill back and be able to operate that way for the postseason, but it just wasn’t to be. Henry is a big enough boost though. Just have to operate with what we have
