Chase will get paid; I don’t think anyone will pay Stevens to play football.

I think Marshall has elevated his stock, Chase may drop a bit because other guys playing this year through the COVID situation, which is what the current NFL guys are going through might get evaluated ahead of him. Waddle and Smith for Bama are putting up insane numbers, both could get drafted ahead of him, Pitts at Florida who is a TE but has WR skills I think has a shot to go ahead of him, and Marshall is moving up.
Chase was rated 3rd earlier this year on CBS prospect board and I think he has already dropped down to around 10 last I saw.
As for the Defense, opting out, the guys better start playing with more effort because everyone that was draft eligible this year has their stock dropping fast

Chase won't lose much. He's still a first round pick.
Stevens looks like a late round pick or UDFA right now. There's no question.
