I ask this because I don't think it's the same as what was probably thought prior to the season.

I can tell you this. #7 needs to ride pine...........forever.

Jefferson. IMMENSE surprise. Clearly not terribly fast, but fast isn't all there is to WR.

After that, who?

I can live with that.

We don't appear to have any real legit deep threats. At least not yet.

But, there's some quality there.

Jefferson seems to be the best so far, but the passing game is still not where they need to be. I'm happy they are all contributing and learning. They will mature and get better with the rest of this offense as the yr goes on.

Because we don't seem to have any real deep threats, I'd like to see us basically play Patriot's ball.

Eat people up with 8 yard passes. A few will end up going big.

Dillon seems to me like he could be a legit deep threat

Being a legit deep threat is about more than just running fast.

Jerry Rice was a legit deep threat and he wasn't even fast.

With good CBs, very people can just "run by' them.

Jefferson is number 1 without a doubt.

Anderson and Sullivan are making a push for number 2.

After that, it's between Dillon, Marshall and Chase for number 4.

That's a lot of weapons.
