I'm rooting big time for Bama. Saban has always been my favorite coach and I like their underdog role in this game.
I am rooting for Florida because I have personal ties to the state of Florida. Nothing personal against Saban. Well maybe a little.

+1, and anything that could possibly hurt Bama in recruiting is a plus. FL isn't NEARLY the recruiting threat to LSU as a resurgent Tide. Probably won't make much difference, but I'll take what I can get, lol...

I want Florida to win. I think they represent the SEC very well and have the only shot to beat whoever is in the NC game. Represent the SEC, gators!

AlexinHouston...that's an asinine comment about going to Bama if you're a defensive player...fact is,. in the long run, there are many more advantages for an in-state guy to stay at LSU than go to Bama; despite your godlike vision of Lil Nicky, he ain't the only coach who knows defense...actually, there are plenty of defensive players in the NFL that never met the wee man. If you're a La. kid, your best bet in the long run is to play for LSU....period!

Florida. As a group, Alabama fans are the worst fans I have ever met. I predict Saban and Tubberville share a cigar Sunday. Undefeated, but still losers.
