I will give respect when they win a full 9 inning game, not some 2/3rd BS.

The rain is probably the best thing to happen to y'all. Gives LSUBR fans a cop out instead of admitting that the University of Louisiana is simply the better team.

People like that writer are the type of fans I hate. Who cares if another teams fans don't give you credit. Why should we as fans seek validation from another fan base?

,,and it give ULaLa fans false sense of accomplishment when they were about to go to the pen.

Aced. Congrats on the win. USL does have a good squad this season and there is no denying that. But in a best 2 of 3 series where we play all games to 9 innings, I like LSU a lot, home or away. Maybe we will meet up down the road in a regional or super where we can settle it. But until then, good luck this season!

You act like LSUBR has some sort of advantage or momentum when the rain delay happened. They didn't. The University of Louisiana had just scored a run with two on and one out. It was only going to get worse for y'all.

Well, we won't find that out this year. Monroe isn't on our schedule.

You are right. It could have got worse. Or it could have got better. There is no way to tell. Baseball is a game where anything can happen with one pitch. Again, congrats on the win. And good luck. We hope to see you guys down the line.

Our name is LSUA&M.

But I wouldn't expect UL-L fans to know anything about official abbreviations.

no but to act like the bottom of the 5th was going to portray how the remaining innings would be played is a bit of a projection

Perhaps LSUBR should have realized that rain was going to be a problem and not have fallen behind.

I'll give the team their props cause I thought they played very well and took advantage of LSU not playing so well. Having said that, the "LSUBR" and "The University of Louisiana" crap is comical.

Not what I said at all but I really shouldn't expect anything better from you.
