If you're in downtown I can't really help you there but there are thousands of pubs that'd have the game on. If u can get to any of the Portillos Italian beef restaurants I would suggest that.

My buddy in Chi has been going to The Standard for football and baseball this season and it has seemed like a good time.

It's on ESPN 2, so any sports bar will carry it.

I used to go to the Standard (in Wicker Park) for Saints and LSU games.

The Standard is the home for the LSU Alumni Assoc in Chicago (or at least was 2 seasons ago before I moved away)

Great atmosphere, and you can buy one of the alumni assoc's "LSU: Chicageaux" t-shirts too

The LSU Bar is the Standard. I went by when in Chicago over the summer, it was pretty nice. It may be a little on the small side but you will be in good company.
