Just in case you are serious, Shooters Sports Bar in San Jose Del Cabo, which is the sister city to Cabo San Lucas. About $25 cab ride north on the Sea of Cortez side of the peninsula. Roof top America sports bar in a cool spot away from the Cabo tourist crowd with lots of CA and US ex-pats.
