#1. Who else has beaten Texas, OU, Bama, and poor lil ol Clemson all in the same year? Shrimp boat Ed is the goat.
You need to go back and research some of the seasons Miles went through in the SEC West and load UF with Tebow and Co. As far as schedules, I’ve been a around a few years and say outside of the late 50’s no LSU team had ever faced as many ranked teams in consecutive years on average as we saw from 2005-2015. It really was remarkable how powerful the SEC West was.
For one year, 2019 was outstanding. Can’t compare 2019 to ‘58-59 because of integration, playoffs, etc.

At this point I’d have him behind Les and alongside Saban
Miles was a clown. He lucked out in 2007 with a miracle bounce, win against Auburn and 2 loss Championship. Hebert saved a game for him by hiking the ball with time running out drawing a penalty. He lived on luck. O got his championship on building a strong coaching staff with good game plans.

If you take away the disaster at Ole Miss it's pretty darn good.

Dismissed one of 3 undefeated seasons in LSU history. In days before the playoffs he wins in 2011. That’s why Bama has so many titles...
