I say from the minute he tried to fake the accent. Clearly this guy never had what it takes to win in the toughest Conference.

The moment it seemed like nothing would change in season no matter how bad, I get it for some things but others? Like theres no way it could be worse sometimes and if it is then atleast you tried.

One very large initial mistake was getting rid of the culture of LSU by removing Tommie Moffett and not inviting former players to be around
