re: When you only recruit 5 star players and get them

We are a stud QB away from beating Bama. Yes OL is a little concern but DT recruiting has finally come around. Our biggest weaknesses have been QB, DT and LB.

We have fixed two of those. We need a few good OL and a very good QB and we are right in the mix.

It doesnt get any better than Tiger Stadium on a saturday night! With better offense production it would be a different story. Really even teams with a good qb and were not having this conversation. I dont care about the last six years because miles and cameron are gone now. The future is now and any 5star recruit that watched the game has to be fired up about it. Once a new coach is in place it will all come together. Geaux tigers!!!

Tim Williams was a 3 Star on some sites. I'd say Bama did a good job developing his skills.

I get what you are saying and I agree with your post.

What I am saying is Bama can recruit the same 5 start LB or CB that we recruit but after a year at the program they look like NFL players muscle wise.

We are closer to Bama talent wise then Wisconsin is to us. And look how that turned out

Should Florida not let Kevin Toliver leave, what about Eric Monroe and Jamal Adams in Texas, or Arden Key and Savion from Georgia?

LSU typically does a very good job of keeping Louisiana kids at LSU. Rashard Lawrence, Devin White, Kristian Fulton, Tre White, Jarvis Landry, Odell Beckham, La'el Collins. A few get away- Kenny Bell, Cam Robinson, Hootie and now Dylan Benedict Moses.

Bama isn't just pulling Louisianas top talent. Sabans taking 5 stars from California, Virginia, Florida and pretty much wherever else he wants. Sabans built an absolute monster. Only 3 guys in the country can toe to toe with him recruiting wise- Jimbo, Les and Meyer.
