When fans talk about how bad UCF was, it devalues LSU's win

They’d get beat up playing an SEC schedule. Those dudes were soft

Would NOT finish 500 in league. Would be annihilated up front.

They’d get arse raped in the SEC west.

I do think talent-wise they are at about the Ole Miss level, good offense, good QB (the first string guy is better than the guy that played today) and not that much talent on D.

When fans dismiss UCF's team and talk at length about how overrated they were, then you denigrate LSU's win. Texas fans do the same thing when they talk about George being overrated. Isn't it better if the team beat a solid quality team in the bowl game?

then why do you highlight this?

the COACHES and PLAYERS at LSU damn sure have been complimentary of UCF.

this is just a message board. it seems to promote classless posts.

aw chin, this is just an LSU message board, frequented by knuckleheads(myself included,) I think the ucf punks deserve it by coming to said knucklehead board and trash talking and taunting, we don't mean jack shite as far as the teams' point of view, hell, we don't mean jack shite at all!

I think their performance spoke volumes and in particular SPITTING on Burrow when he was down.

Yes it does, but given how much everyone has had to hear about UCF and their playoff snub over the past two years it's probably worth it.

I think UCF is good. They have a really good offense. The put up a lot of points and their quarterback was hurt. Saying they aren't better than Ole Miss or wouldn't finish .500 in the SEC is unfair I think.

UCF just isn't in the same league as the teams in the playoff. They wouldn't beat Notre Dame or Oklahoma. They would lose multiple games in the SEC and their defense was terrible.

They are nowhere near national championship caliber and they should all shut up about it.

UCF has been a good football team the last 2 seasons. They have no basis to claim they are national champions. Oh go and check out how the champs did in 2016.

I don't think they were "bad".....they were about what I expected them to be....a very good "mid-level" program...they would have a tough time in the SEC, but..I suppose they won't have to worry about that....

I hope you don't see my post was in anyway meant as positive, most certainly not. The UCF team are NOT the quality of the LSU team as players or people.

If you somehow believe a team with a player who spit on an opposing player (Burrow) while he's down, is not a disgrace to his team and the game, you need to reaccess your thinking.

I mean players are laughing at UCF claims.
