Was it when he had the hard foul on Davis? I was listening in the car and had to turn it off right as that happened.

So pre Xavier v. Cincy it would have just been a tech?

No attempt at the ball and pulled him down with two hands by his shoulders.

It was absolutely ejection worthy and IMHO Trent needs to tack on at least a couple of games cause that ain't White's first such incident of the kind.

If he would've just stuck his arms out and grabbed him back probably but he cocked back and tomahawked down on him.

Well said, there is no room for that type of foul. Hopefully TJ steps up and makes every kid on that team know he does not tolerate that type of bush league foul. That was totally uncalled for.

We disagree then. Watch the replay Elleshoe. He grabbed him with one hand on each shoulder and threw and intentionally pulled him down. Not even and attempt to pretend he was going for the ball.

Maybe you don't have that big a problem with that but I don't want kids with LSU on their jersey doing bush league things like that, and for me consequences should be felt.

I really don't only because it was the first time in 3 years we showed some physicality even if it was a cheap shot. Someone showing some frustration is a good thing.

If he pulled his arms down hard, its a hard foul...

he grabbed his shoulders from behind and threw him down. made no attempt at the ball. definitely ejection worthy. he'll probably do a lot of extra running in practice. should do some extra rebounding and FT work

I just watched it...meh.

I don't disagree with ejecting him, or just giving the intentional...either would make sense, IMO.

Well, it ain't the first time White's done that and also I could think of 100 more acceptable ways to show physicality and want to than that kind of bush league crap.

Showing frustration like that is not admirable to me, it's a sign of weakness of mind and character.

just showed that they have a pulse and that they are frustrated. probably had a lot to do with the no-calls while we had the ball down low as well. Again, I think his ejection and whatever in house punishment is fine. And this is coming from someone who would rather Malcolm see more limited playing time

As long as the in house punishment is indeed effectively punitive and addresses the act then we can agree.

Because again, this ain't the first time for White. That to me means it needs to be aggressively addressed.

It was also suspension worthy in my opinion.
