I guess you forgot the success of 2005 and 2006.
Also if we don't lose a close game in shitty conditions in the bowl we probably finih as a top 10 team.

his aggressive play calling
Is an over exaggeration based on going for 5 4th downs in 1 game.
If you look at his play calling its very, very conservative and conventional. I think you are confusing Miles with Sean Payton

Antidote - My bad. I didn't know cocksuckers were such good spellers. Thanks for the education.

If Ryan Perilloux were the QB for the entire past two seasons
LSU would have competed for the SEC championship last season. 11-2 at the worst and probably better, maybe much better.
JLee would be the QB and we would be in one rebuilding year awaiting the arrival of Zach Lee.

If' don't count. If Arnsparger stays, LSU would have 5 NC by now.

Which LSU Football Coach's team scored the most amount of points in 1 season, in LSU Football history?

It began within the last couple of years..hence making me believe its just the youth of the LSU fanbase showing their arse so to speak....if you read the rant long enough, you'll figure it out....

that has nothing to do with the point
miles had 2 aggressive playcalls in 2007: the TD pass against AU and going for the TD against UF
miles had many, many more conservative playcalls at crucial moments of 2007. namely the abortion that was the ending of the kentucky game

Too many people overlook that and the effect of RP's self-destruction on the continuity of the offense.
We had a great feeder system of veterans starting and young guys developing from Davey to Flynn (Marcus Randall being the weakest link there). Perrilloux was sitting there as the next guy ... then poof.

It was a trick play, that is not in and or itself make it an aggressive play call.
The UK and Arky games the play calling was so anti-aggressive it cost us both games. If Les Miles is an aggressive play caller if we were still in the 70's.

the first half of the Arky games was pretty unspectacular as well.

I wouldn't call that as agressive as Flynn made it look that way. Had he walked to the line at a more reasonable pace for that moment then the play isn't that big of a deal.

i have no doubt that there was a lot of venom in the 80s/90s. that was before my time
and i was mainly restricting it to just this message board
also simple logistics must be taken into account. since 2003 this board has expanded by a large number
