What was all this hype about Greg Penn?

Through two games he seems absolutely average at best. Never in the backfield and a step or two late. I don't see why he was hyped so much like he was the second coming of D.White...? He doesn't look anything special so far. Very concerning considering we just played a cupcake and he only had 4 tackles and no highlights through the first two games. Baskerville needs more snaps

He hasn't been great, but much better than Jones. Jones takes forever to diagnose a play and takes horrible angles. Baskerville and Penn should be the starters at this point.

Who was hyping him? I agree they need to give more snaps to Baskerville and Perkins and less to Penn and Jones
