Just my opinion to comments I've read on the Rant today...
1. Our talent is right there with anyone...
2. Our experience (especially after last year's losses) is what is lacking. That and player development...and those take time to remedy. Won't be addressed in a few months.
3. I liked the game plan last night...the problem was in the way the game unfolded. 'Bama did to us what we normally do to others. They pounded the line on both sides and wore us down. At the end, they just teed off on Mett because they knew we had to pass...nothing could have been done to address this.
4. The game was lost early when we didn't take care of the ball. LSU jumped out fast but didn't have a lead...(should have been 10-0)...when 'Bama finally made some adjustments and started to play with us. That 10 points could have and would have been both numerical and mental advantage.
5. I do agree that O-Line coaching and development need to be improved. If that takes a new assistant or help from Mawae, so be it.
6. It hurts a lot, but with a bit more time, I feel confident that Coach Miles will have the sync back and we will be fine.
(Name another program that has lost 2 Heisman quality players and the number of draft choices early that LSU has in the last half dozen or so years....that will really screw with a program....ANY program.
Just my thoughts about last night's loss and the Programs direction in general.....
7. I'll hang up and listen now...

Shouldn't a coach be prepared for a fake at 4th & 2 and the kicking team was "disorganized" and took a time out?
