What is a "Wildcat" quarterback?

Most people on here throw RS name and assume he is the perfect "Wildtiger" qb candidate but he does not have the body type or the running syle to be this. Is it b/c he's fast and has thrown a few passes in high school? A Wildcat qb should be patient, phyisical, and have good vision to find holes and seems and the ability to read blocks. Who is some of the best qb that we have seen run this? McFadden, Ronnie Brown, and Mark Ingram to name a few of them. Rs is the total opposite of this.
So who on the current LSU roster would fit that mold? I can think of 2 perfect fits: Ridley and Ware. Both of them are physical and patient not to mention they played qb in high school and potentially could throw a few times a year. The Wildcat is sort of a spread offense but not entirely. Shep is a slot guy and is a perfect fit for that role but he is not a Wildcat qb. IMHO of course.
Sorry for the long post, just a little bored at work!

Reuben Randle definitely has the size and physicality to do it.

And he did it in High School.

I favor running backs because the advantage of the Wildcat is having an extra blocker. If you have a player that can run and throw then so much the better. You can surprises a defense if the player can throw.

While I realize he's not an SEC caliber QB, I think people would be surprised at RR's arm.

as the primary guy and Shepard as the secondary.

Percy Harvin, Palmer, etc,
Shep compares more favorably to this group.

Denard Robinson: 6'0 193lbs
Russell Shepard: 6'1 188lbs
- and yes I knew Denard threw all those INTs last game and I would never suggest to play Shep at QB full time but if we could get just 1-2 type of plays like Denard has been breaking off that would be a huge asset for the team.
